Resident Sticker

I was out of town and a neighbor scanned the sticker to let me know my garage door was left open overnight. So glad I had this up!

I put this on my front door and delivery drivers have actually scanned it instead of leaving packages out in the open. Just wish the font were bolder.

This makes it so easy for people to tell me about stuff at the house without knocking. Worked perfectly when someone saw water leaking from the upstairs unit.

Absolute favorite thing about this is that you don’t need an app. Someone scanned it to tell us our gate didn’t fully close. Life saver!

The sticker is sturdy and weatherproof, but I peeled it off once and the backing was tough. Otherwise solid product.
